Job Description

  • Provide a high level of administrative support to the principals including supporting all other team members
  • Office management duties including, but not limited to: ordering supplies, keeping the office and kitchen in presentable condition, leading technical assistance calls with outside vendors for computer, telephone and copier services
  • Oversee projects including website updates, press releases and outlook contact management
  • Front desk coverage including greeting guests, processing mail and answering phones
  • Manage client holiday gifts and company promotional materials
  • Plan and coordinate company-wide events including, but not limited to property open houses, company holiday parties, and in-office meetings
  • Assist our Controller with daily/weekly bookkeeping functions
  • Ability to work proactively and independently in a high-volume environment
  • Be adaptable to various competing demands of the office
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 10-15 years experience in an executive assistant/office management support role
  • Experience with QuickBooks preferred, but not required
  • Expertise in all Microsoft Office programs with an emphasis on Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Previous exposure to commercial real estate or construction is a plus
